Slogan:
We want to impact One Million lives of Pakistan by providing clean drinking water
Our Mission
What is the problem?
According to a survey, about 44 percent population of Pakistan do not have access to clean drinking water and this percent goes as high as 90 percent in rural areas. Most of the rural population uses untreated ground water for drinking which contains significant amount of harmful physical, chemicals and Biological contaminants. These contaminants cause different diarrheal diseases, including Cholera, Typhoid and Dysentery.
We believe that if a community can get clean drinking water, it can solve many issues. It can improve health, better local economics and enhanced living standards. Water crisis of Pakistan is huge and still growing but it is solvable.
Who are we?
Mission Anmol Trsut (MAT) is a Welfare Organization founded by Mrs. Zubia Sohail with an objective to make safe water available to poor masses of Pakistan. MAT aims to fight against water contaminants specially Arsenic. In the initial drive MAT is working to impact one Million lives of Multan District of Pakistan by providing access to safe drinking water.
What is our Solution?
We conducted water quality analysis of different area of Multan district and found unacceptably high levels of chemical and physical contaminants. After discussions with experts we came up with a solution of installing Reverse Osmosis (RO) based water treatment plants. Water treatment plants are designed as per the specific requirement of the available ground water and can remove a wide range of physical, chemical and biological contaminants.
With our own resources and help of donors, we have successfully installed more then 10 water treatment plants and we have target to install total 15 plants in Multan District, Pakistan

We are seeking help from community
The water crisis is huge, but it is solvable. We work with local experts and community members to find the best sustainable solution in each place where we work, whether it’s a well, a piped system, a BioSand Filter, or a system for harvesting rainwater. And with every water point we fund, our partners coordinate sanitation and hygiene training and establish a local Water Committee to help keep water flowing for years to come.
